I’m Robert Pendergrast M.D., a doctor in the practice of holistic medicine, and my goal is to help my website visitors find keys to health, wellness and vibrant living.
I am a board certified physician with twenty six years of experience. In 2005, I completed the Fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine.I believe that the Integrative Medicine model for health care is the future of medicine. Its emphasis on wellness promotion and preventive medicine addresses our national health care crisis because being well cuts medical costs better than any treatment plan or insurance. And its gentle approach to treatment of disease always starts with the most natural approach that is least invasive, least expensive, and uses the least toxic treatment options.
