Our tele-classes give you the opportunity to learn and listen from the comfort of your own home. If you are busy the nights of the classes we will email you an Mp3 recording and you can listen at your convenience.

Week 1: Dr. Pendergrast will summarize some of the most important updates from the Conference, truly practical tips you can put in practice to feel better, look better, and be healthier on the inside within weeks!

Week 2: This will be time to answer questions and clear up any issues from the first week. We encourage you to submit your questions by e-mail after the first Tele-class. If time permits, we can take a few live questions on the call.
